Ready to log into your FuseDesk app for the first time? Great!
Logging into FuseDesk is super easy.
Logging in uses your Infusionsoft app name, InfusionsoftID and Infusionsoft Password.
Your Infusionsoft app name is what’s between the https:// and the infusionsoft.com when you’re logged into Infusionsoft, so if you see https://abc123.infusionsoft.com/ in your browser when you’re logged into Infusionsoft, your app name would be abc123.
Your InfusionsoftID is the email address you use to log into Infusionsoft.
Your password is what you use to log in to both Infusionsoft and FuseDesk.
When you submit your password, we securely one-way encrypt your password and pass it directly to Infusionsoft for authentication. At no time does FuseDesk every receive, record, save, or store your password.
When your password for Infusionsoft changes, your password for FuseDesk will also be updated since we log you in directly through Infusionsoft using your InfusionsoftID and Infusionsoft password.
If your InfusionsoftID is ever removed from your Infusionsoft account or deactivated, you’ll no longer be able to log into FuseDesk.
